We are not lawyers and do not provide legal services. Information in our reports should not be considered legal advice. Clients should consult qualified attorneys for legal interpretation of property documents and advice about legal implications of findings.
We make reasonable efforts to gather accurate information from official sources. However, we cannot guarantee that government records are complete, current, or error-free. Our reports reflect what official records showed at the time of research. Property status may change after report delivery.

Payment is due according to the terms specified in individual service agreements. Services are provided upon receipt of payment unless other arrangements are made in writing. Fees are for documentary research and report preparation, regardless of findings.
We maintain confidentiality of client information and property research according to professional standards. However, we may be required to disclose information if compelled by Chilean law or legal process.
To the maximum extent permitted by Chilean law, Levximo's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. We are not liable for decisions clients make based on information in our reports.
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that property records are complete, accurate, or current. We do not warrant that properties are suitable for any particular purpose.
Reports and materials we provide remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use reports for their internal decision-making purposes. Reports may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for other purposes without our written permission.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate service agreements if clients violate these terms, provide false information, or engage in conduct we deem inappropriate. Termination does not relieve clients of payment obligations for services already rendered.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Chile. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santiago, Chile.
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service, together with individual service agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between clients and Levximo regarding our services.
